Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability until the ride is confirmed. Pricing, availability, vehicle selection, pickup details, and service terms may be reviewed before confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, drop-off, flight, passenger, luggage, and payment information.

A payment method may be requested to authorize or secure a reservation. Final charges may depend on confirmed service details, wait time, stops, tolls, parking, gratuity, or other applicable fees.

Cancellation, change, no-show, and wait-time policies may vary by reservation type. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel a ride.

By checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive transactional ride updates by text message from A2B Bookings regarding your reservation.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or booking services. If you opt out of SMS, we may still contact you by phone or email about your reservation when necessary.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false reservation information, interfere with the booking system, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2B Bookings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website, booking widget, or transportation services.
